(On 12/18/10 photographer Jeff Almquist came to our rescue. I was assisting Angel Brides http://www.ocregister.com with seven benefit weddings at the Crystal Cathedral. Yes, seven at one time!! Christine & Edwin's photographer cancelled the day of the wedding so I sent out a request, literally a few hours before the wedding, for someone who could donate their talent to a lovely couple. Big hearted Jeff stepped up to help out and took out some impressive photo's and memories for them that will last this couple a lifetime.)

On Saturday, Dec. 18th, I responded to a forwarded email from my photographer friend, Holly Gratner, regarding a bride in need of a photographer. Apparently, Angel Brides and Events Taylormade was asked to facilitate TEN weddings as part of a larger event for Benefitall. Benefitall had cancelled the event at Angel Stadium due to the high rain forecast. Once the news broke, many vendors had dropped out - including some brides. The email was from Michelle Brydenthal of Bryde 'n'All Weddings & Events and she was reaching out for a photographer to donate their talent and time. I called Michelle, got the details, and 2 hours later was shooting the bride. The ceremony was at the beautiful Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, CA. The rain had stopped and made for a perfect wedding day. I was glad to help out someone in need and be a part of such a great event. CONGRATS Christine & Edwin! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
